Full Drugstore Makeup Look

Hello makeup lovers, welcome back to my blog!

If you follow me on my Facebook page, you would have seen that I collaborated with 4 lovely bloggers this week and every day one of us will be posting a blog post. We are also doing a Giveaway of the stunning Naked Heat palette closing on 9th of October. Head over to my Facebook page to try to get your hands on it, all you have to do is follow a few simple steps.

I decided to do an affordable makeup look after 2 weeks of sharing with you products which are a bit more high-end. I love drugstore products even though sometimes I tend to splurge on some expensive products. I created this dewy, cool toned makeup look with products that are in the drugstore price range.

To start off I created the base using the Rimmel Fresher Skin Foundation. If you are looking for a medium coverage foundation which has a slight dewy finish to it, this is stunning! To conceal I have been using the Revlon Colorstay recently and I do quite like it. To give a little colour to my skin I used the Bourjois Bronzing Primer and to set all of the cream products in place I used the Rimmel Stay Matte powder. To lightly contour and give a flush to the cheeks I used the Contouring Palette by Maybelline in the shade 01 Light Medium and the Max Factor Crème Puff Blush in the shade Gorgeous Berries. To highlight the skin I used my all time favourite drugstore highlighter, which is the Sleek Solstice palette.

Moving on to the eyes, I used two products by Maybelline, which I highly recommend to any beginners who are venturing into new eye shadows. These are the Color Tattoos. You don’t need any brushes to blend these out, simply apply it and blend it out with your fingers. In the Inner corner I applied the shade Pink Gold and all over the lid I applied On and On Bronze. For Mascara I applied the Max Factor False Lash Epic to create those lengthy, voluminous lashes.

For the brows I used the BH Cosmetics Studio Brow Pomade, which unfortunately you can’t find here in Malta but you can easily get them online. If you have never tried any BH makeup products I highly recommend you give them a try, the quality in comparison to the price is unbelievable.

On the lips I simply took the Catrice long lasting lip pencil to shape my lips and lightly dabbed on the Max Factor Colour Elixir in the shade Bewitching Coral.

As always thank you so much for reading this post and if you would like to stay tuned for the next post hit the follow button on any of my social media accounts. Do not forget to follow the other 4 bloggers on the Facebook page and good luck for the Giveaway!

Lots of love Attaire XxX
